Honestly speaking, it wasn't easy planning this camp and making it possible, with all the last minute changes and having to go through all the approval process. It was all done in a rush. On top of that, we had to think about the possible turnout of the camp, because it was near common test period! BUT at the end of the day, it was worth it (:
Despite all the lack of time that we got, Marisa and I pulled through (: Really wanna thank her for believing in me, giving me the heads up for everything! ♥

Another difficulty faced was the programme of the camp itself. We had to ensure it felt like a training camp, and at the same time we could not tire our Netballers out too much due to upcoming common tests!
First day was a rather slack day, doing the basic ball passes due to the lightning alert. We were supposed to have training but we didn't get a proper court for a proper training. I would call it a rather slack day for a training camp!
Second day we went all out! Started off with morning run! (It didn't turn out as planned, because it was going to be a hassle going to school for a 2.4km run so we ran at Kismis Field instead, it was definitely less than 2.4km) My stamina is really bad... so glad my team mates' fitness is so much better. Time to train up! Overall 6 rounds around the Kismis Field before breakfast. That's not it! We went on with lesson on the Netball rules before physical training. To be frank, I myself isn't familiar with all the Netball rules.. only the common ones!
Physical training felt like a day of training! I guess we can count ourselves lucky because we were supposed to be at the Netball court but we ended up with training indoor due to the rain. Planks, Suicides, Push-ups, Stairs. It was a good work out though! After physical training was lunch, and yes EVERYONE was VERY HUNGRY! Shows how much effort they put in (:
Training at night didn't turn out as planned either, we only managed to book half a Netball court but it was good enough to train for 3 on 3 carnival. Ended the night with debrief then movie! Not everyone watched the movie and yeah I feel kinda bad I didn't download the movie before hand, hence wasting a lot of time waiting for the download ): The movie was really nice!
The second day felt like 2 days!!
People (My Netballers who are reading this), believe in yourself and know that you don't have to be what others want you to be. Just be yourself, and be proud of who you are (:
The very last day, we gave out awards! Gave out the badges to those who pulled through the camp (though it may not be the best training camp), really appreciated that they came. Other awards include; Best attendance - Loyal Netballer (There were 3 of them! - Jolene, Adeline and Terence), Fittest Netballer and Best Camper. The last 2 awards were really a tough decision for Marisa and myself. We discussed for the longest possible time!
I only have a picture of the badge campers got! Forgot to take pic of the individual badges!
Yes there are guys in Netball and there is NOTHING wrong about it! (;
Message to my Netballers (If you bothered coming from twitter!)
